Our Policy
Payment Agreement
This Payment Agreement outlines the terms and conditions regarding payment for cleaning services provided by Agged Out Cleaning Service LLC to the client ("Client"). By scheduling services, the Client agrees to the following terms:
1. Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total estimated service cost is required to secure all bookings.
Services will not be scheduled or performed until the deposit is received.
2. Payment Terms & Grace Period
Payment for the initial contracted work must be completed within a 2-hour grace period starting from the time the initial work begins.
Failure to submit payment within this grace period may result in work stoppage, rescheduling fees, or cancellation of services at the Company’s discretion.
3. Add-On Services
Any add-on services requested by the Client that are outside the scope of the original contract will incur additional charges.
Add-on services may be performed after the initial contracted work is completed, subject to availability.
Payment for add-on services is due as agreed upon at the time of request.
4. No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable, including deposits, partial payments, and payments for completed or partially completed services.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations, delays, dissatisfaction, or changes requested after services have begun.
5. Acceptance of Terms
By booking services with Agged Out Cleaning Service LLC, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms stated in this Payment Agreement.
📸 Commercial Media Release & Authorization
Authorized Use
Client agrees that photos and videos may be used for legitimate business and marketing purposes, including but not limited to:
Company website
Social media platforms
Yelp, Google, and other business listing or review platforms
Digital and printed promotional materials
Limitations & Protections
Images and videos will focus on cleaning results, work in progress, or facility areas and not on confidential business operations.
No employees, customers, proprietary information, security systems, access codes, or sensitive documents will be intentionally recorded.
Business name and location will not be disclosed unless approved in writing by Client.
Ownership & Rights
All media captured remains the property of Agged Out Cleaning Service LLC. Client waives any right to inspect, approve, or receive compensation for the use of such media.
Release of Liability
Client releases and holds harmless Agged Out Cleaning Service LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from any claims, demands, or liability arising from the lawful use of the media as described above.
Revocation
Permission may be revoked by written notice; however, revocation does not apply to media already published or in use prior to receipt of notice.
